Swiss architect Denis Honegger was born in 1907 in Edirne, Turkey. He studied at the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris and worked then first under Auguste Perret and later under Le Corbusier. In 1934, Denis Honegger founded his own office in Paris; in 1937 he opened an architectural practice in Fribourg together with Fernand Dumas. He died in 1981 in Monaco.
