Wohn- und Gewerbesiedlung Kalkbreite is a mixed-use development above the tram depot in Kalkbreite used by the Zurich Transport Authority. Architectural practice Müller Sigrist Architekten won the architectural competition held in 2008 with over 50 submissions. The complex was built between 2012 and 2014. It It contains 88 residential units, ranging from one-room apartments to large shared households.
