The DUO twin towers were designed by German architect Ole Scheeren and completed in 2018. The tower's curved facades are textured by a honeycomb shading system. They are a mixed-use development with office and retail spaces as well as over 600 apartments.

Andaz Singapore
The Andaz Singapore was the first Andaz hotel to open in Southeast Asia. It is located inside the DUO tower with the hotel lobby located on the 25th floor of the building and a rooftop garden on the 39th floor.
