The office building Bałtyk in Poznań was designed by Rotterdam based architectural studio MVRDV. The 16 storey high building was completed in 2017 and, with a height of 67 meters, is the 5th highest building in Poznań. It features 25,000 square meters of surface, which is shared among offices, retail spaces and a hotel.
Its architecture references the Okrąglak building built between 1948 and 1954.
