Front de Seine, located right before the Eiffel Tower, contains some very original skyscrapers, in particular the Totem Tower and the former Hôtel Nikko.

The red Hôtel Novotel Paris Tour Eiffel (originally named the Hôtel Nikko) was designed by Julien Penven and Jean-Claude Le Bail and completed in 1976. Next to it, the blue Totem tower was designed by Michel Andrault and Pierre Parat and built between 1976 and 1979. It contains 207 apartments on 31 floors. Its design was supposed to optimize the view on the Seine.
