The Student Housing project was designed by Richter Dahl Rocha & Associés and completed in 2013. While the living spaces open directly to the access galleries around the courtyard, all the bedrooms are located on the outer perimeter.
The individually hand painted fibre-cement panels are the work of artiste Catherine Bolle and constitute the work « Le Chromoscope ou L’Expérience Métis, en commun les couleurs »
