The Westin Warsaw was built between 2001 and 2003 to plans by architectural practice John Portman & Associates. The 22-storey hotel is over 90 meters heigh. It features 3 glass elevators, which run in a glass tube at the north-eastern tip of the hotel and a glass spiral staircase inside the lobby.
