Designed by Graeme Mann & Patricia Campus Mann and completed in 2018 its facade consists of 780 precast concrete elements that act as the primary load-bearing structure while also serving as sun and sound protection. Photovoltaic panels are installed on the roof and provide electricity to the village of Riaz.
