The 143-meter and 45-storey high Clardige Icon condominium tower is the highest building in Ottawa. It was designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects and completed in 2022.
The tower features retail spaces on the ground floor, two storeys of commercial space and 320 apartments. In order to provide parking spaces, it also has 10 levels of underground parking.
