St Dustan-in-the-West was built in a Neo-gothic style to plans by John Shaw Sr. starting in 1831. The reredos was created in Flanders in the 17th century.
The chapel to the left of the main altar is closed off by a wooden iconostasis. It was originally created for the Monastery of Antim in Bucharest and brought to London in 1966.
