After the food company Hero AG relocated its headquarters from the a site north of the Lenzburg train station to a new production facility on the outskirts of the city in 2011, the centrally located industrial area became available for a new development, named "Im Lenz". Completed in 2017, the residential and commercial building "Im Fokus" comprises the renovated former factory building and an adjoining new structure. The "Stadtauge" (City Eye), a huge, two-story panoramic window establishes a dialogue with the city over the railway tracks and offers views of Lenzburg Castle.
