Galeries Sainte-Luce in Lausanne were built between 1931 and 1934 by architects Charles Trivelli and Josef Austermayer as a mixed use project. The modernist building contains apartments on six levels as well as a base for commercial purposes and a cinema.
The inner courtyard with Art-Deco decorations contains a spectacular circular atrium. At its center, it is a equipped with a monumental fountain.
