Galerie Saint-François in Lausanne was built between 1907 and 1909 and is a collaboration between architects Georges Epitaux and Josef Austermayer. It consists of two apartment buildings (one facing north towards the Rue du Bourg, the other facing south towards the Avenue Benjamin-Constant) and a 75 meter long, two story high glass covered shopping gallery linking them. While the north facing facade is in a much more traditional style, the south facing facade contains an interesting Art Nouveau composition.
