The Wyspiański Pavilion was designed by Krzysztof Ingarden and opened in June 2007. Inside are a City Information point and three stained-glass works conceived by Stanisław Wyspiański originally designed for the Wawel Cathedral but at the beginning of the 20th century deemed too grotesque and controversial to be installed.
The outside of the building consists of rows of moving bricks allowing the lighting of the interior to be adjusted.
