The Museum of Contemporary Art Kraków (MOCAK) is housed in pavilions of the former Schindler Factory. The conversion project into a museum was led by Claudio Nardi Architetto and completed in 2010.
A modern glass structure encloses the renovated halls and its sawtooth roof corresponds with the industrial roof-lines of the historic buildings.
Titled "In-Between" (Między), a white cube covered in black letters is the most famous concrete poetry of Polish artist Stanisław Dróżdż. It was created in 1977 and was originally shown in a space at the Foksal Gallery.
