The Belgian Comic Strip Center is located on Rue des Sables in Brussels. It occupies an Art Nouveau building designed in 1906 by Victor Horta for the Waucquez textile department store. After a full restoration between 1984 and 1989, the museum opened to the public on October 6, 1989.
