Werkraum Warteck is the result of the conversion of the former Warteck brewery with its striking malting tower to public spaces. The Warteck brewery complex was built around 1900 but after the sale of Warteck to Feldschlösschen in 1989, it became vacant. The new outdoor staircase was designed by Fabian Nichele and Stefan Eisele and completed in 2014.
