Johanneskirche, is a Protestant church and community center located near Kannenfeldplatz in Basel's St. Johann district. Designed by architects Karl Egender and Ernst Friedrich Burckhardt, it was inaugurated in 1936 and is recognized as a significant example of New Objectivity architecture in Switzerland.
The church's rectangular structure is set back from the street, creating a courtyard that separates it from the adjacent residential area.
Inside, the church maintains a minimalist aesthetic. The organ's pipes are prominently displayed.
