Kevin Roche

Kevin Roche was an Irish-American architect, born in 1922 in Dublin, Ireland. He studied at University College Dublin before moving to the United States where he studied under Ludwig Mies van der Rohe at the Illinois Institute of Technology. He co-founded the firm Kevin Roche John Dinkeloo and Associates (KRJDA) in 1966. Throughout his career, Roche received numerous awards, including the Pritzker Prize in 1982. He died in March 2019 in Guilford, Connecticut.
