Fonso Boschetti

Fonso Boschetti, born in 1932 in Vezio in the canton of Ticino, trained at the Technicum in Lugano before obtaining his diploma as a state-recognized architect in the canton of Vaud in 1964. The following year, he established his own architectural practice in Lausanne. Alongside his professional activity, Boschetti was also involved in teaching: he served as an assistant at the Department of Architecture at EPFL in 1968 and 1969, and returned as a visiting professor in 1985 and 1989. One of his most significant projects was the extension of the Federal Supreme Court in Lausanne. He passed away in 2024.
