Located at an altitude of 1,400 meters above sea level, the Andermatt Konzerthalle was designed by Studio Seilern Architects and completed in 2019, following a two-year construction period. The project transformed an existing underground convention space into a state-of-the-art concert hall, accommodating over 600 spectators and a 75-piece symphonic orchestra. The Andermatt Concert Hall was officially inaugurated on June 16, 2019, with a performance by the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by Constantinos Carydis.
From the exterior, the concert hall appears as a one-storey pavilion with a large roof. The windows allow views inside.

From the interior, the large glass windows in the upper part of the concert hall allow for views towards the surrounding mountain panorama. The Andermatt Konzerthalle has a flexible interior design so that it can also be used for conferences, exhibitions or weddings.
